Dense, white, permanent, paste which provides a structural sparkly snowy effect.  This new item is perfect for holiday projects or seasonal mixed media. This dimensional paste has a bit of sparkle in it's snowy white finish for an extra special effect.Works on most surfaces including canvas, wood, paper, metal, chipboard, fabric and plastic. Can be painted with water based paints. Apply with palette knives or texture tools. Water-based, archival safe, non-toxic.
